European feel with a modern Western twist. Sunset on the Wyoming mountains. William Morris.
Luxurious winter wedding editorial created for The Knot magazine's 2022 winter issue.
Nestled in a blanket of snow and surrounded by the stunning Wyoming landscape, this luxurious winter wedding editorial created for The Knot magazine's 2022 winter issue featured a color palette inspired by the deep blues and natural tones of the setting sun on the mountains and prairie grasslands.
The invitations were designed to give a preview of the elegant, European-inspired theme of the event, with the classic "Strawberry Thief" textile design by William Morris adding a moody, yet whimsical touch. To add a modern twist, the invitations were printed on dark navy paper with bold blind embossing, featuring a flower shape from the Morris pattern.
The setting at Brush Creek was also beautifully incorporated through the use of luxurious textures and motifs such as wood, leather, and a foil-stamped circular monogram designed to resemble a modern cattle brand. Every piece was handcrafted with the utmost attention to detail, including the oak box with a brass brand design inlay and a woven brocade fabric insert featuring the Morris pattern, as well as the hand-cut leather tassel belt tie and menu clutches with embroidered and wood menu pieces featuring the Morris pattern in a tone-on-tone style. This was an event that stood out for its originality and unforgettable atmosphere, beautifully brought to life through thoughtful design and craftsmanship.
